We started in 2001 as a manufacturing consulting firm specializing in solutions for fastening and assembly. One of our first clients was a US Navy engine shop in need of solutions to fastener problems on their engine stands. That consultation turned into a request to refine and build a new engine stand. We responded to that request and built three engine stands under a FISC contract. That order precipitated our transformation into a government contractor and a design and manufacturing firm.

Our work includes making support equipment for the Navy, the USMC and the Air Force. We have supported jet engine test cells in Japan with rapid manufacturing and shipping of critical hold back components and fasteners. We have supported local Navy contractors with short run parts for engines, airframe and test equipment.

We can solve any support equipment challenge you may have. We will design your item from scratch, work from drawings that you provide, or reverse engineer existing equipment.

Our experience includes working with jet engine test cells, designing and building test equipment for the Tomahawk Cruise Missile, making parts for the Atlas/Centaur rocket and various other commercial and military clients.

We also continue to provide consultation to manufacturers, distributors and end users of fasteners. Our expertise in this area has led to the development of many training programs and seminars. We have trained and certified hundreds of fastener professionals throughout the United States and we have provided consultation to many large companies, private organizations and the military.
